ARES WARGAMES "SNEAK PEEK" A SUCCESS!

The Management and Staff of Ares Wargames would like to thank everyone who supported us for the "sneak peek" this weekend!

If you missed this opportunity, no worries! Ares Wargames has four additional sneak peak opportunities planned: Wednesday from 4-10pm, Friday from 4pm-1am, Saturday from 9am-1am, and Sunday from 9am-10pm.
Below you can see some pictures of the interior of the store. We anticipate the soft opening taking place within the next 7-9 business days. After the soft opening, Ares Wargames will be open seven days a week with the following hours:
Su-Th 9am-10pm
Fr-Sa 9am-1am

Our Gaming Tables

Death Dealers Color Scheme

Roll Playing Selection

Flame of War, Gear up with our selection for our league that starts on October 2nd!

Our Selection of Games Workshop Products

The Grand Opening will take place on Saturday, October 16th. On that day at 11am, the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce will perform a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Also, we will have a Madden '11 tournament, a Warhammer Fantasy Battles tournament, a Legend of the Five Rings tournament, a Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game demo, a Civilization 5 promotion, and an "after party" special event for the Magic state tournament!

...BUT WAIT...THERE'S MORE!!!!!

We will also have our very own Ares Wargames Comic Ladies in attendance. For $10, customers can buy a coupon which entitles the bearer to 10 minutes of face time with the Comic Con lady of their choice for help with rolling dice, giving tactical advice on moving miniatures upon the field of honor, or simply providing "Lady Luck!"

Also, we have confirmed the attendance of the 501st Vader Legion (Star Wars characters), the crew of the USS Anasazi (Star Trek Characters), and historical re-enactors from both the US Civil War and WWII.

It will be an event you will not want to miss, so save the date now by marking your calendars!
